Born in the mid 90s to a single mother who met my stepdad then moved us out of the city to a small town in Texas. It was the best thing she could have done for me. My most vivid memories were always in the spring - my sister and I riding bikes around our neighborhood & seeing the Magnolias bloom in our front yard. My aunt owned a beauty shop that was literally something out of the movie Steel Magnolias where women would chatter about the town gossip & I’d flip through the magazines to check if Miley & Nick were on or off again.

I was definitely not born with a camera in my hands but at some point, in college, a friend handed me a camera just for fun. I found that I could capture how I felt about a moment in a couple of shots and so, I started documenting my life and my friends. Since then photography has been a sentimental and therapeutic outlet for me that I get to share with my clients, friends and family.
